When you have your design file completed for your custom EZ Backdrop or EZ Runner, follow the instructions below so that your design can be sent to our production team.
File Types We Accept
The best results are achieved in Illustrator with vector-based output. Please save the file in one of the following formats:
How To Get The File To Us
There are a few ways that you can get the file to us.
- Use an FTP program - such as FileZilla to send us the file.
- If using an FTP program, the server name is "ftp.tsisports.com", the username is client and the password is artwork
- After uploading, send the name of the file(s) that you uploaded to Angie so we know that you have submitted the materials.
- Use Our Online Drop Box
- Go to http://www.onlinefilefolder.com
- Click Login and use ezbuploads as the username and ezb1234 as the password
- After uploading, send the name of the file(s) that you uploaded to Angie so we know that you have submitted the materials.
- Send us a CD or DVD with your graphics

- Download from your FTP site
- If you have your graphics files on an FTP site that you own, please send us the FTP server along with a username and password needed to access the server.
- You may also need to let us know the path - or location - to get to the files and what the filenames are
